They showed this tonight on HBO and it was my first time watching it (even though it was an old film). I knew this was a heartbreaking movie and tried to watch it without any emotional attachment. But goodness, I was crying three quarter of the way till the end! Terrible I tell you these film makers, messing with people's emotions...tsk! After the show, I looked at my dog and...all the feelings went away. I thought to myself, "dumb dog".
After Hachi, HBO aired Sherlock Homes. It too, was my first time watching it. Love the show though half the time, I can't make out what they were saying. Probably it was the British accent, but I think I was straining more of the mix of the audio. The dialogue was almost mumble-like. Robert Downey Jr. is truly one of my favourites and I'm liking Jude Law in this too, though I was never a fan before this. Can't wait for part 2 :)
